At Seydel, we are known for manufacturing the highest performance dry size blends. With a track record of more than 100 years of supplying textile mills, our proprietary dry size blends have evolved to out-perform their counterparts in every aspect. That said, we never stop perfecting our dry size blends and often develop custom blends for our customers based on their unique needs.
Below is a listing of some of our more popular dry size blends, including our eco-line of organic size that replaces expensive polyvinyl alcohol, while saving energy and water in the process: Seyco Size EZR and Seyco Size MC-3CZ.

SEYCO SIZE EZR
SEYCO SIZE EZR is our next generation of organic size that totally replaces PVOH. This product has 95% of the adhesion of straight PVOH, the size film looks like PVOH, and the size strength is 95% the strength of PVOH. The product is organic in nature and is very easy to remove due to the excellent solubility. This product can be used on specialty denim yarns or any yarns with excellent results and no adverse effects in finishing or dyeing of twills or other textiles.
SEYCO SIZE MC-3CZ
SEYCO SIZE MC-3CZ is an organic blend to use on specialty denim yarns that are very difficult to weave. This product contains the next generation of our organic size to replace PVOH along with a special blend of acid modified corn starch.
SEYCO SIZE PCS
SEYCO SIZE PCS is designed for novelty and hard to weave multiple ends, multiple twists, amsler ring spun yarns. This product is an acid modified corn starch with a blend of multiple viscosities to better encapsulate these special yarns.
SEYCO SPERSE SPW CONC
SEYCO SPERSE SPW CONC is a is a readily dilutable 2X strength version of SEYCO SPERSE SPW.
SEYCOSIZE PVA-G -R
SEYCOSIZE PVA-G -R is a dry powdered material developed as a non-starch containing size for polyester, cotton and polyester/cotton blends.
SEYCOSIZE MC-3
SEYCOSIZE MC-3 is composed of medium hydrolysis PVA, highly modified starch, pasticizers, 100% saponifiable waxes, and defoamers. It is designed for easy desizeability.
